the Los Angeles Superior Court.  For over 30 years, he has also served
as a Police Reserve Officer retiring with the rank of Lieutenant.  His
experience as a police officer, arbitrator and judge brings a unique
perspective to the practice of law.

David F. Delinko graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.
A. in Criminal Justice in 1978 at the age of 20 and from Southwestern
University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1981 at the age of
23, having advanced 3 academic grades of schooling to become one of
the youngest graduates in the history of the law school.

Attorney Delinko’s expertise in the area of personal injury litigation has
resulted in an outstanding track record.  His litigation successes have
received great recognition within the legal, medical, and insurance
industries.  He is currently involved with providing assistance to medical
practitioners in effective appropriate medical report writing.

In the area of business disputes, he has represented major insurance
companies, car dealerships, major clothing manufacturers, hotels,
restaurants, engineering firms, doctors, and other lawyers.  He has
represented employers as well as employees in workers’ compensation
matters.  He recently did legal consultation for a US company doing
business abroad.

Mr. Delinko has handled numerous product liability cases involving
defective machinery and equipment including defective handguns, motor
vehicles, tires, commercial cooling systems, forklifts and scissor lifts.
His commitment towards achieving the best results promotes a positive
