David F. Delinko graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 1978 at the age of 20 and from Southwestern University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1981 at the age of 23, having advanced 3 academic grades of schooling to become one of the youngest graduates in the history of the law school.
